Been a customer of this store for a long time,
Staff has changed, our salesman passed away, since then everything has gone down hill. New Salsman we were working with is extremely unprofessional, (Jim)… handed him ID card by mistake instead of driver license, he “we can’t sell you a car because you don’t have a driver license”. That is not the case. Finance would not submit my finances application w/ driver license and co-signer, fraudulently sent us to banks without our authorization, information was meant to be sent over “WITH CO SIGNER”. They flat out said they didn’t want to. Finance manager wouldn’t even speak to us. Sanderson Ford has lost a valuable, life time customer. I will be more than happy to take my money elsewhere. I wish I could had rather 0 stars.

SANDERSON FORD HAS made the appropriate changes to their staff and operations.
I grew tired of the "stuffy" atmosphere of Bell Ford's staff looking for areas to grab your money here and there with service "recommendation" guilt trips, so I gave Sanderson Ford another chance.
Much better experience.
No more looking around to drop off the vehicle to staff.

Had an appointment at 1245, I arrived for a tire rotation, and to get the batteries for my tires TPMS replaced. Had to pay another 80 to replace the factory lug nuts because their “state of the art” service facility could not remove them, since ford refuses to take responsibility for a terrible design with their lug nuts. Finally got my car back at 5pm and 666 bucks later. 3rd time in a row this place took forever. Will never come back no
matter what.

I've had my truck for over a year now, issues from previous owners not servicing the truck properly.
Engine light, sensors giving false readings... aside from some recalls that were never taken care of!
Well, long story short, my very 1st experience at Sanderson was not that great... will not get into negative details, But...!

Went here for years for regular maintenance. Will never go here again. Left my car with an associate named Mike P for an oil change and new tires. After not hearing anything for 3 hours (including: not asking which specific tires I wanted, or communicating the price, or discussing rebates) came back with a $1300+ bill. The lack of communication and lack of choice means I won't ever deal with these people again and you shouldn't either if you want transparent service.

Had an appointment at 1245, I arrived for a tire rotation, and to get the batteries for my tires TPMS replaced. Had to pay another 80 to replace the factory lug nuts because their “state of the art” service facility could not remove them, since ford refuses to take responsibility for a terrible design with their lug nuts. Finally got my car back at 5pm and 666 bucks later. 3rd time in a row this place took forever. Will never come back no
matter what.

I've had my truck for over a year now, issues from previous owners not servicing the truck properly.
Engine light, sensors giving false readings... aside from some recalls that were never taken care of!
Well, long story short, my very 1st experience at Sanderson was not that great... will not get into negative details, But...!
Then Victoria Woods came out to attend to my needs, she asked, she listened, she got things done in a very timely manner. She and her supervisor, Vicky and Nick and other staff turned my negative 1st experience into a Very Positive one....

I really enjoyed my experience with this dealership. I worked with a guy there named Jim, and he did a great job of walking me through all the different options and limitations of the different pickups. He brought a very helpful low pressure energy to the whole affair. I was really impressed with the vast selection of trucks. These guys had to consider. Yes, I would definitely do business with these guys again.

Went here for years for regular maintenance. Will never go here again. Left my car with an associate named Mike P for an oil change and new tires. After not hearing anything for 3 hours (including: not asking which specific tires I wanted, or communicating the price, or discussing rebates) came back with a $1300+ bill. The lack of communication and lack of choice means I won't ever deal with these people again and you shouldn't either if you want transparent service.

Been a customer of this store for a long time,
Staff has changed, our salesman passed away, since then everything has gone down hill. New Salsman we were working with is extremely unprofessional, (Jim)… handed him ID card by mistake instead of driver license, he “we can’t sell you a car because you don’t have a driver license”. That is not the case. Finance would not submit my finances application w/ driver license and co-signer, fraudulently sent us to banks without our authorization, information was meant to be sent over “WITH CO SIGNER”. They flat out said they didn’t want to. Finance manager wouldn’t even speak to us. Sanderson Ford has lost a valuable, life time customer. I will be more than happy to take my money elsewhere. I wish I could had rather 0 stars.
