First rate service for my RV. Harry welcomed me upon arrival, asked some basic questions, and directed me to the customer waiting area. The waiting area and restroom were very clean and there were beverage and snack vending machines, as well.
I can’t remember how long the oil change and inspection took, but I looked up and my RV was parked near the waiting area. Harry went through the service and inspection results, answered my questions, and wished me a safe trip. Sanderson Ford Pro is definitely a class act.

Had an appointment at 1245, I arrived for a tire rotation, and to get the batteries for my tires TPMS replaced. Had to pay another 80 to replace the factory lug nuts because their “state of the art” service facility could not remove them, since ford refuses to take responsibility for a terrible design with their lug nuts. Finally got my car back at 5pm and 666 bucks later. 3rd time in a row this place took forever. Will never come back no
matter what.

I've had my truck for over a year now, issues from previous owners not servicing the truck properly.
Engine light, sensors giving false readings... aside from some recalls that were never taken care of!

The most EXCELLENT experience I have had at a dealership. Jason the GM, and Jesus, who I worked directly with were both exceptional. I will send everyone to Jesus at Sanderson! He listened, he found a truck for me that exactly fit my needs, they held it for me until I could get in, and really were patient with me as I had a lot of questions!
They also PICKED UP my truck from my house ( I did trade in) an DELIVERED me a loaner, and also delivered my truck once it was ready! They really care about the details, and were excellent in communication, in customer service, and in every detail.

My family has purchased 3 Ford vehicles from Sanderson Ford in the past 6 months.. I highly recommend Dallas, who has been our sales representative. He listened to our needs and was more than patient, especially with me. I was all over the place not sure if I wanted a truck or car, we text drove so many. Had an appointment at 1245, I arrived for a tire rotation, and to get the batteries for my tires TPMS replaced. Had to pay another 80 to replace the factory lug nuts because their “state of the art” service facility could not remove them, since ford refuses to take responsibility for a terrible design with their lug nuts. Finally got my car back at 5pm and 666 bucks later. 3rd time in a row this place took forever. Will never come back no
matter what.

I've had my truck for over a year now, issues from previous owners not servicing the truck properly.
Engine light, sensors giving false readings... aside from some recalls that were never taken care of!
Well, long story short, my very 1st experience at Sanderson was not that great... will not get into negative details, But...!
Then Victoria Woods came out to attend to my needs, she asked, she listened, she got things done in a very timely manner. She and her supervisor, Vicky and Nick and other staff turned my negative 1st experience into a Very Positive one....

I really enjoyed my experience with this dealership. I worked with a guy there named Jim, and he did a great job of walking me through all the different options and limitations of the different pickups. He brought a very helpful low pressure energy to the whole affair. I was really impressed with the vast selection of trucks. These guys had to consider.
