First rate service for my RV. Harry welcomed me upon arrival, asked some basic questions, and directed me to the customer waiting area. The waiting area and restroom were very clean and there were beverage and snack vending machines, as well.
I can’t remember how long the oil change and inspection took, but I looked up and my RV was parked near the waiting area. Harry went through the service and inspection results, answered my questions, and wished me a safe trip. Sanderson Ford Pro is definitely a class act.

Lots of time slots available when booking. Multi points check is complimentary. Nick always answers questions promptly and politely, not pushy at all. Planned to wait there for the maintenance but changed plan and needed drop off and pick up service which was immediately arranged. Good place for my Ford SUV services.

The most EXCELLENT experience I have had at a dealership. Jason the GM, and Jesus, who I worked directly with were both exceptional. I will send everyone to Jesus at Sanderson! He listened, he found a truck for me that exactly fit my needs, they held it for me until I could get in, and really were patient with me as I had a lot of questions!
They also PICKED UP my truck from my house ( I did trade in) an DELIVERED me a loaner, and also delivered my truck once it was ready! They really care about the details, and were excellent in communication, in customer service, and in every detail.

My family has purchased 3 Ford vehicles from Sanderson Ford in the past 6 months.. I highly recommend Dallas, who has been our sales representative. He listened to our needs and was more than patient, especially with me. I was all over the place not sure if I wanted a truck or car, we text drove so many. Dallas never gave up , always with a new set of keys for the next car. I finally found the Maverick , Dallas walked me through all the technology, my warranties.
