The 2019 Ford F-150 is available at seven trim levels: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch®, Platinum, Limited, and Raptor. All trims but the Raptor are available in either 4x2 or 4x4. The Raptor model only comes with 4x4.
 
The XL and XLT come available with a regular cab. SuperCab is available for the XL, XLT, Lariat, and Raptor. SuperCrew® is available for all seven trims. An eight-foot cargo box is available for the XL, XLT, and Lariat. A 6.5-foot box is available for the XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch®, and Platinum. A 5.5-foot box is available for all seven trims.

Under the hood of the 2019 F-150, you will find one of six engine options. The first is a 2.7-liter turbocharged EcoBoost® V6 engine, which produces 325 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. A 3.5-liter EcoBoost® V6 is also available, offering 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque.

A high-output 3.5-liter EcoBoost® V6 option will offer up 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque, while a 3.3-liter V6 engine offers 290 horsepower and 265 lb-ft of torque. V8 lovers can opt for a 5.0-liter V8 engine that puts out 395 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. If you’re looking for a diesel engine, then the 3.0-liter Power Stroke® turbo diesel is an amazing choice, producing a class-leading 250 horsepower and 440 lb-ft of torque.*

When properly equipped and outfitted with the 3.5-liter engine, the F-150 can tow a maximum 13,200, which is considered the best in its class.**
