First rate service for my RV. Harry welcomed me upon arrival, asked some basic questions, and directed me to the customer waiting area. The waiting area and restroom were very clean and there were beverage and snack vending machines, as well.
I can’t remember how long the oil change and inspection took, but I looked up and my RV was parked near the waiting area. Harry went through the service and inspection results, answered my questions, and wished me a safe trip. Sanderson Ford Pro is definitely a class act.

I can’t remember how long the oil change and inspection took, but I looked up and my RV was parked near the waiting area. Harry went through the service and inspection results, answered my questions, and wished me a safe trip. Sanderson Ford Pro is definitely a class act.

Total confidence in Sanderson Ford's Service Department. They don't push like salesmen trying to sell something or work on something you don't need. They are excellent at explaining things so that a non-mechanic would understand and as a woman with limited mechanical knowledge, that is priceless. I would give the Service Advisor Mike Perrault a 15 out of 5 if the computer would let me. He is the best Service Advisor at Sanderson Ford. The Service Technicians are very professional and proficient. The Cashiers are very friendly and helpful.

Lots of time slots available when booking. Multi points check is complimentary. Nick always answers questions promptly and politely, not pushy at all. Planned to wait there for the maintenance but changed plan and needed drop off and pick up service which was immediately arranged. Good place for my Ford SUV services.
