Ever since its introduction in 1964, the Ford Mustang has captured the heart of Americans. The latest version is just as exciting as those early models, but with more power, more technology, and better performance.
There are eight trim levels available on the 2020 Ford Mustang: EcoBoost, EcoBoost Premium, GT, GT Premium, BULLITT™, Shelby® GT350, Shelby GT350R, and Shelby GT500.
Standard on the Mustang EcoBoost is a 2.3-liter engine rated at 330 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque. The GT trim adds a 5.0-liter V8 with an impressive 460 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque. Moving up to the BULLITT trim gives the Mustang a 5.0-liter V8 rated at 480 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque.
The Shelby models take the Mustang to another level. The GT350 and GT350R models are both powered by a 5.2-liter V8 that delivers 526 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. At the top of the Mustang lineup is the Shelby GT500. Under its hood, it has a supercharged 5.2-liter V8 that pumps out more than 700 horsepower and 625 lb-ft of torque.
Take a seat inside the Mustang and you will immediately feel like you are in control. The cabin is designed around the driver, so all the controls are within easy reach. The Mustang comes standard with a variety of technology features like a Wi-Fi hotspot and the FordPass™ Connect system.
You can make the Mustang even more comfortable with available features like heated and cooled front seats and a heated steering wheel. Available Premier trim adds more sophistication to the interior with color accent trims.
While the Mustang is designed for high performance, it also works hard to keep you and your passengers safe. It is available with advanced driver safety aids including blind-spot monitoring, lane keeping assist, forward collision warning, and adaptive cruise control.
