When my van wouldn't start I called Sanderson Ford, the dealer from whom I purchased my new Transit Van a year and a half ago. The van was towed to the dealer in under an hour. The Service Coordinator communicated with me within another hour and the communication continued at a level I have NEVER experienced when dealing with a car repair. The van was repaired, another service completed and then delivered back to me.
Never in my (lengthy) lifetime has a car repair gone so smoothly and within my timeline. I am also aware that I have high expectations - this service exceeded those expectations and thankfully ALL services were covered by my new vehicle warranty.
Thank you Sanderson Ford and especially Mike, for the white glove care provided. My transit van is happily and safely transporting myself and our beautiful grandchildren around the valley and country!

What truly blew me away was how they went above and beyond. Jerry personally drove to my place of business so I could sign the financial paperwork and put down a deposit without having to rearrange my day. A couple of days later, once everything was finalized, I headed back to the dealership. First rate service for my RV. Harry welcomed me upon arrival, asked some basic questions, and directed me to the customer waiting area. The waiting area and restroom were very clean and there were beverage and snack vending machines, as well.
I can’t remember how long the oil change and inspection took, but I looked up and my RV was parked near the waiting area. Harry went through the service and inspection results, answered my questions, and wished me a safe trip. Sanderson Ford Pro is definitely a class act.

First rate service for my RV. Harry welcomed me upon arrival, asked some basic questions, and directed me to the customer waiting area. The waiting area and restroom were very clean and there were beverage and snack vending machines, as well.
I can’t remember how long the oil change and inspection took, but I looked up and my RV was parked near the waiting area. Harry went through the service and inspection results, answered my questions, and wished me a safe trip. Sanderson Ford Pro is definitely a class act.

They are excellent at explaining things so that a non-mechanic would understand and as a woman with limited mechanical knowledge, that is priceless.
