Service Appointment: 4/25/2025 I brought my 2022 F250 super Duty into Sanderson Ford Service Department Friday for an Emission Recall 22E02 and Customer Satisfaction Program 22N05. I was assigned to Service Advisor, Mr. Dan Oestreich. Dan was pleasant, friendly, A complete professional, experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of Service in His department. Dan offered me a great deal on a full service for my truck while it was there for the Recall repair. I accepted the service offer and when I was told the truck would require an extended stay possibly overnight to complete all the work and an unforeseen battery issue, replacement under warranty. Dan offered me at no charge a rental car. Since I live in Prescott 95 miles away. When I arrived to picked up my truck on Saturday morning 4/26, Dan was waiting for me with a cheerful friendly attitude, my truck was clean, all work and service was complete, and all fluids were topped off. I was extremely satisfied with the quality, performance, attention to detail and overall professionalism of the entire Sanderson Ford Service Department, their Mechanics and Technicians. This is the second new truck I have purchased at Sanderson Ford, from Mr. Joe Powell, sales associate.
