Service Appointment: 4/25/2025 I brought my 2022 F250 super Duty into Sanderson Ford Service Department Friday for an Emission Recall 22E02 and Customer Satisfaction Program 22N05. I was assigned to Service Advisor, Mr. Dan Oestreich. Dan was pleasant, friendly, A complete professional, experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of Service in His department. Dan offered me a great deal on a full service for my truck while it was there for the Recall repair. I accepted the service offer and when I was told the truck would require an extended stay possibly overnight to complete all the work and an unforeseen battery issue, replacement under warranty. Dan offered me at no charge a rental car. Since I live in Prescott 95 miles away. When I arrived to picked up my truck on Saturday morning 4/26, Dan was waiting for me with a cheerful friendly attitude, my truck was clean, all work and service was complete, and all fluids were topped off. I was extremely satisfied with the quality, performance, attention to detail and overall professionalism of the entire Sanderson Ford Service Department, their Mechanics and Technicians. This is the second new truck I have purchased at Sanderson Ford, from Mr. Joe Powell, sales associate. My son Brian has also purchased a new F250 super Duty also from Joe, a Consummate Sales Professional and all-around great guy. Another part of this amazing Sanderson Ford dealership family. Had a great experience buying my new truck at Sanderson Ford. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from them. It’s the most comfortable experience I have ever had buying a new car. No high pressure sales tactics. I got an out the door price which has never happened before at any of the other dealerships that I have dealt with and my sales man, Mike Holyoke, was very friendly and professional, making our experience that much better. We had a wonderful experience at Sanderson purchasing our new vehicles. Our salesman Dallas was amazing. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles. The rest of the staff was also very helpful, even provided a card game for our kids to play while we filled out paperwork.

When my van wouldn't start I called Sanderson Ford, the dealer from whom I purchased my new Transit Van a year and a half ago. The van was towed to the dealer in under an hour. The Service Coordinator communicated with me within another hour and the communication continued at a level I have NEVER experienced when dealing with a car repair. The van was repaired, another service completed and then delivered back to me. Never in my (lengthy) lifetime has a car repair gone so smoothly and within my timeline. I am also aware that I have high expectations - this service exceeded those expectations and thankfully ALL services were covered by my new vehicle warranty. Thank you Sanderson Ford and especially Mike, for the white glove care provided. My transit van is happily and safely transporting myself and our beautiful grandchildren around the valley and country!

Great dealership to take your car. I live closer to a different Ford dealership but I've had poor experiences there multiple times. Took a chance on this dealership and I wish I would have sooner. Sanderson Ford is organized, clean and friendly.
